At Smiley Sitters we can appreciate how stressful organising your wedding day is so we ensure that our service is professional, organised and reliable. You can have complete peace of mind that every aspect of the children’s entertainment and care is dealt with to the highest standard and maximum fun! We ensure that the children have a fun packed, memorable time allowing you and your guests to relax and enjoy the day as much as the children are!!
Smiley Sitters wedding crèches provide:
- Fully qualified and experienced staff
- We are fully insured
- A flexible, reliable and professional service tailored to your individual wedding/event.
- Uniformed staff with name badges.
- Party bags if required.
- A lead member of staff who is in charge of the crèche on the day.
- Unlimited use of our toys, games and activities (including a Wii if requested)
- Evening and night babysitting service.
- We can also assist in organising bouncy castles and other outdoor activities if required.
- We will gladly assist in feeding the children any meals that are to be provided by the venue.
- First aid box
- Travel cots for those babies who will require a sleep during the crèche.
Smiley sitters wedding crèches will require;
- 30 minutes before and after the crèche to set up and pack away etc.
- A £100 deposit at time of booking.
- A spacious room with access to toilets and fresh water.
- All registration forms for each child attending the crèche to be returned no later than 2weeks before the crèche will take place.
- Final numbers for places required for the crèche no later than a month before crèche date
When providing our crèches we strictly adhere to OFSTED regulations regarding how many children we can care for at one time.These ratios are as follows;

Under 2 yrs – 1 adult to 3 children
2-3yrs- 1 adult to 4 children
3 yrs + 1 adult to 8 children
We will have a variety of health and safety policies and procedures that we will need to go through with you before providing the crèches to ensure the safety of the children is paramount at all times.
